Concept Healthcare Psychology Group, Inc., and CoHealth Psychology Services, P.A., collectively referred to as CoHealth Services, are looking for mental health practitioners to join our group LTC practice in Southern California and selected areas in Texas.
Applicants will:
be licensed as Psychologist, LCSW, Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or MD-Psychiatrist
support an integrated care model, and for psychologists, support or learn new skills in behavior medicine services (H&B CPT codes)
have experience working in LTC settings
